If I were a song.....

So if I were a song I'd be the American Flag flying high with pride.  If I were a song I'd be in Love with my best friend and it would be sweet surrender and that he's more than I deserve. Your a standing ovation after years of waiting for a chance to finally shine. Everyone calls you amazing "I Just Call You Mine." Your the dream I've been chacing. If I were a song about my son Garrett I'd be so blessed for such a brilliant little guy. If I were a song about my daughter I'd be having tears of joy and blessed for such one of the most beautiful angels on earth. If I were a song I'd be the  luckiest woman in the world . If I were a song I'd be a prayer for all those having to deal with the aftermath of the floods, tornadoes, and fires in the US. If I were a song I'd be the loudest to hear for those that are deaf. If I were a song I'd give every hungry child in the world the biggest feast they ever had. If I were a song I'd stand on the highest mountain and take away all the cancers and plagues in our world. If I were a song I'd give my last dime to help those in need of shelter. If I were a song I'd be the voice for all that don't have a voice. If I were a song.....

Sunshine Soakers Livin' it up

Sunshine makes me think of  Palm trees, pink toe nails, the smell of coconuts, fun drinks with umbrellas in them and kids laughter. There are so many views of "Sunshine Soakers".  The overtan smoker leather skinned ones, the in the sunshine soaking in the rays and go tanning also so they won't have tan lines, and the lay by the pool and don't mess the hair up and look good poolside.  Oh how I love them all! So when I was younger had the oversized beach bag with a book, lipgloss, and a towel in it. Now being a Mom at the young age of 34 and now my oversized beach bag consists of beach towels (3) of them, Sunscreen for my 3year old's nose, all over the body sunscreen spray or lotion, baby sunscreen for my (6) Month old, extra change of clothes for each of the kids, sun goggles , and snacks. Don't want hungry little ones away from home or Daddy getting low blood sugar. LOL. Feel like I'm packing for a trip on Survivor sometimes.

Being able to be a "Sushine Soaker" and just enjoy the feel of that wonderful sunshine and to be so carefree to not have a care in the world even if you may have the weight of the world on your shoulders. Sure does make for such a Beautiful  time to be a "Sunshine Soaker Livin' it up."
